Portugal 🤌

As it’s starting to get BLOODY HOT here in Queensland, I want to go back to the Portuguese sun where the light didn’t bite so hard on our vacation earlier this year.

We kicked off our journey in the south of Portugal, the first thing that struck me was the laid back ‘beauty’😅 of the seaside life. Strolling along the beaches, camera in hand, I had a blast (and a laugh) capturing the locals soaking up the sun.

There was something real and unfiltered about the sea side life, the cobblestone streets and the laid-back Mediterranean vibe that always makes me want to slow down and breathe it all in.

We did an epic sunrise hike along the massive cliffs on the coast between tiny villages, which was honestly incredible.

Having my beautiful (shit stirring) girlfriend Jamie there with me made it even more fun. When we travel it feels like we are in our own little world, doing our own thing and getting up to mischief.

After soaking up the southern coast, we headed north into the countryside to the village of Monsanto. I frothed the old castles, rustic stone houses, and the classic orange-tiled roofs nestled among green hills.

I always say i should of been born a couple of centuries ago so i was living out my childhood fantasy. I was completely in my element as someone who LOVES the old world.

From Portugal we then headed East to the party island of Mykonos to shoot a wedding which was AMAZING!

This was not shot like your typical event photography (of course when do I do anything vanilla) so keep your eyes peeled for those images coming soon.
